my roflcopter goes clip clip clip!

I can see you put a lot of work into this, but It just has some cleaning up to do before it can shine!

The kick does clip, which is giving the synth a reversed sound. You may want this sound intentially, but what is really causing it is the kick being too loud. Turn your Limiter off and you'll be better able to EQ your levels.

Still, sounds nice, just needs a little polish!

Resonance much?

I see you have figured out cutoff and resonance... lol, your main synth was mostly all off beat notes... throw some more on beat ones in the mix to give it a nice jumpy feel. Also your kick has some unwanted resonance (buzz) in the post mix of it. You could kill that with some filtering as well.

What's your secret?

How do you get all the sounds to stand out uniquely? Whenever I try any mastering work, It just doesn't equal out? Are you using FL Studio? If so, are you using a specific mastering effect on the master volume? or the same effect on each track? I must know! It's very well done.

Yea, it took forever to cut up the track into separate instruments, but rearranging them and creating the instruments was a breeze...

I only felt that it could use a stronger bass and your lead seemed to drown everything. What headphones are you mixing with??

i just have some Logitech speakers... nothing special maybe thats why i don't hear these things when mixing. I do feel you on the lead drowning. Probably it is like that cuz of the eqing i did on it is pushing the other tracks down cuz i pumped up some areas almost 10 dB. Thanks for the review very helpful :) love you stuff btw. lol

Where did you get your "beep" sound, the one that comes in at 0:27, and caries the melody. Did you create it yourself? Or are you using a certain VST?

This is amazing! I love it! Perfect little tune. Quality sounds very good even with a lower bitrate. I'm very impressed! What program are you using to make this?? The samples are just so good!

So it's Welcome To Rainbow btw, Just to let you know. I kinda have to agree with darkblackman... It is quite accurate to the melody, but the intro didn't catch my attention, and you havn;t reaaally added any super cool awesome element for me to really liek this any more than the original. It's good and all, but more of a remake to me than a remix.
