Good EQ work. I enjoyed the plucked sound that begins to fade in around 1:15. Very nice. Keep up the good work.

My only suggestion is replacing your bass synth (comes in at 0:58) with something a little "meatier". Thats it. The rest is perfect. (oh and just watch the compression, not 100% sure, but it sounds really close to being compressed, just keep an ear out for it!)

My opinion

I think you need to create a supersaw sound. You reviewed my ~ Forever Young/Midnight Rave 2 ~ song. Notice the sound I used for the the main melody was a "supersaw". I created it using the 3xOsc. It sounds like if you replaced the synth that comes in at 0:48 with a supersaw, it would improve the sound. Also, The "kick" you are using sounds more like a low bongo drum. I suggest using The default kick, with some EQ'ing to raise the bass.

One last thing, the higher bongo that comes in on every first beat when the kick starts turned me off of the grove you had going. Perhaps if you got rid of it and replaced every note right after a kick with a bass synth, it would keep the groove going smooth :D (syncopation is key!)

I really like how it begins, you did an amazing job blending those sounds in the beginning! Up until 0:48 I have no complaints whatsoever! Very nice.

Overall you sound actually quite similar in many regards as I did during my first year of FL studio or so. Keep up the good work, and don't give up on it! Your skills will improve with experimentation so don't stop! :D

I think this is well put together. I didn't even realise you have so many genres of music on newgrounds here. All this needs is a solo, and about twice the length! lol. You should go back to this and extend it. 5/5 9/10

Yeah. I like all music. I'll finish this soon. After my cousin gets over so we can finish it up. The solo comes right after then end of this demo. We have it all planned out :)

while listening to this, I feel you have the melody and accompanyment down perfectly, butI feel that you could have gone even more insane on the dnb. You did go pretty nuts, but more fast kicks and little snare rolls would have help fill in a lot of the small holes that seemed to be forming as I listened. As always though, very good job!

The compression is a major draw back. Also, did you piece this together from copy written sources? Cause NG doesn't like that... Could potentially sound great, just needs a compression fix.
